FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. You have put our mind at rest and we are no longer stressed about the renting process. Look forward to working with you in the next couple of months. Thanks again!

GoogleI chose Chancellor to sell my property because of their locality and knowledge of the local market. Although a buyer was found quickly, the process was somewhat drawn out. This was no fault of Chancellors. Indeed, Richard Sharman was always on the case and constantly communicated with me, He was polite, professional and cooperative though-out. When Richard was unavailable, Louise Taplin was there to help, advise and ensure my concerns were relayed to Richard. I have no hesitation in recommending Chancellors. Thank you to all the staff for helping during this stressful time.

David led our sale and throughout has been easy to work with: polite and friendly; willing both to listen to our wishes and offer advice; and giving prompt and detailed feedback from viewings. He was proactive in trying new ideas and has maintained regular contact with both prospective buyers and us. FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

GoogleI found Kestrel at the Wallingford Branch a perfect delight to work with when I was selling my home. Kestrel was informed, prompt and enthusiastic about getting prospective purchasers to view. I always felt that she gave the extra mile in the entire process. Kestrel was available to speak to, at all times and was forth coming on feed back after each viewing, which I appreciated immensely. When the sale was achieved she continued to stay on the project seeing it through in great detail. I am certain that the purchaser felt the same way. The perfect go between to get the job accomplished.

FacebookI recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. I highly recommend chancellors estate agent and I am very impressed with Declan Hartigan. After my Smooth transition into my new home I also have perfect after-care service. Robert Higgins

FacebookMe, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

FacebookWhat a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

David Pratt was very knowledgeable and helpful when talking us through marketing our house and Alan Clarridge and Louise Taplin did a great job of marketing our house and securing a buyer within 2 weeks. The details, communication and attitude towards my property was consistant and of a high standard. They negotiated well to get me the best price and the transaction went through smoothly.
