FacebookWe recently sold our flat through Oliver in the Langley branch who was professional and enthusiastic. Hannah in the progression team was fantastic, it's the first time i've sold a property and she was brilliant, I think I would have gone nuts without her help liasing with the buyers and in particular their crap solicitors! Chancellors are pricey but the customer service we had was great.

GoogleAs first time buyers we where both unaware of the process and naive to issues that can crop up. Chancellors, principally via Louise Taplin, acted as our guide throughout and enabled what was overall a smooth process (start to completion aprox. 12 weeks). I would not hesitate to use again. Especially, when there is a problem in the property and the landlord needs to be contacted for consent. We are very happy with the service that we have received from Chancellors.
