A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

My interactions during my search for a house with Hannah have been so wonderful, and one that needs recognition. Despite the negatives I got from friends regarding how less helpful the chancellor would be for me to find a house, was proven wrong through her and other team members i come across when I visited the office. She was professional and supportive all the way, until a house was found. I am so grateful to the institution and her. God be with you all as you continue supporting the community. FacebookWell where do you start. Firstly this is not a reflection on the Sales team. They have been pleasurable to communicate with but little they can do in terms of letting. Office Manager????????? Who ? THE LETTINGS TEAM ARE A JOKE. TIMOTHY IN PARTICULAR!!!!! NO RESPONSE, LITTLE CORRESPONDANCE AND POOR COMMUNICATION. The background. A young couple apply to rent a property. The young lady is 28 weeks pregnant and looking to up size due to arrival and a growing family. Usual viewings etc takes place and an application is applied for to rent a property. All the paperwork etc is submitted and the couple await the response from letting team and landlord after compulsory checks are complete. During this period Chancellors are advising the couple to hand notice of termination to their current letting agreement with another landlord. They DO NOT take this advice until 100% the letting agreement is signed by all parties. This was a struggle as the letting team did not know a particular body part from their elbow. 15 Days after signed agreement an email is received from Chancellors informing the couple that the landlord has withdrawn. NO REASON OR EXPLANATION. JUST AN EMAIL. NO PHONE CALL FROM LETTING TEAM OFFERING ANY OTHER PROPERTIES OR ADVICE!!!!! JUST AN EMAIL. There is now a young couple 28 weeks pregnant having handed in their Notice to terminate soon to be homeless. GREAT WORK CHANCELLORS!!!!!!!!!!
I was acting as guarantor on this property and would like to understand why the landlady has withdrawn. Surely a phone call would have been more appropriate, a simple courtesy!!!!
