They were so friendly and helpful and I really felt they were looking after my best needs when looking for a family home. From a new branch I wasn't expecting much after past experience with their competitors but thanks so much Richard, Richard and Ricky, you were amazing!

FacebookChancellors property management and particularly Jessica Chalmers helped us significantly during a recent episode where we rented and took over a property, but due to personal circumstances were unable to move in. It was a stressful time for the family but Jessica and the team made clear the options and worked with the land lord to ultimately re-let the property. Thank you.

FacebookGeorgina Marshall has been a great at getting new clients to come and view our facilities. When ever we call in she is so happy and nothing is to much bother for her. When she says she will call you back she will, quick to reply to emails and this is why we are glad to be working with Chancellors.

He had so much knowledge about the house and was patient whilst we took our time measuring and discussing room plans. Really appreciated all his help!

FacebookPLEASE AVOID CHANCELLORS. For 8 MONTHS I have been begging these morons to get several issues sorted with the home I rent. I AM STILL WAITING! I can honestly say this is the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It has been one disaster after another with them. PLEASE CHECK ALL PAPERWORK. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM FORGING SIGNATURES.

FacebookAbsolutely disgraceful. 48 hours before my step daughter was due to move into a rental property Chancellors have told her that the move cannot go ahead. She has a signed contract and has paid the deposit. No one is responding to phone calls or emails. Spent the whole morning trying to get hold of someone to find out what is happening.
