GoogleExcellent service! I was given my own point of contact and was kept up to date throughout the whole process. If my contact wasn't available, there was still someone who was able to help. As a first time seller the team were also great at offering advice and support. Everything from staging the house for the photographs, the EPC, booking in or moving viewings was so easy and every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

GoogleFantastic service provided by the team at Wallasey assisting me with my first house purchase. Matt, Daniel and Kevin kept me updated throughout the process and went well beyond the service you would expect to receive. Highly recommended!!

GoogleWe cannot recommend Alex, Hannah and the whole team at Tatler, Wallasey branch enough. They were absolutely amazing with our house sale and purchase, from helping us to present our house perfectly to setting up an abundance of viewings and totalling 6 offers. Our initial sale fell through due to the buyers circumstances, but Hannah had our house back on the market within 2 hours, which led to 10 new viewings and 4 new offers, within 24hrs. Not only were the team fantastic with our sale, they found us our ‘forever home’ to move on to, negotiating and managing the whole process brilliantly. The team were at the end of the phone whenever we had questions, or simply needed reassurance throughout what can be an emotional process. The service and care they provided throughout and afterwards are second to none. I would never use another agent and always recommend Tatler Wallasey. We are one year on and are still in touch with the team, they go above and beyond. They’re the best in the business!

GoogleDaniel, our agent at Karl Tatler has worked hard to find a buyer for our property at a good price and in a short space of time, from the moment we engaged them, with near daily updates on progress and ready availability to answer questions and give advice.

GoogleA huge thanks to Hannah who helped us with our search over a few months as first time buyers. Hannah was supportive through the whole process, understanding when we had a few hiccups along the way and helped us find the right property for our young family!

GoogleWe've had a great experience so far with Karl Tatler and Millie from the Wallasey office. She's been very pro-active and keeping us updated each step of the way, going well beyond the service you'd expect when buying a house. She made sure we could have quick viewings arranged and promptly contacted the seller when we made an offer on the house we fell in love with.

GoogleMy partner and I received fantastic service from Karl Tatler in the purchase of our property. From the warm and courteous reception from the lovely Hannah in the Wallasey branch, through to completion with the attentive and diligent (also no less lovely!) Suzanne in the Sales Progression team, we felt like we were in safe and capable hands throughout and we received all the support we needed. Helpful viewings mainly with the brilliant Lucy (who patiently persisted while we pored over plentiful properties), timely follow-ups from Hannah regarding viewings (but without us ever feeling rushed or pressured to commit to anything), and copious assistance from Suzanne with chasing others in the process where needed and keeping everything moving along nicely -- we couldn't have asked for more basically! Thank you again to everyone involved in our transaction for making the process as smooth and quick as it possibly could have been. It's much appreciated and we really are very grateful.

GoogleIv had dealings with the Wallasey branch, specifically Daniel Craven, I have to say Daniel has always been prompt to my calls or emails and negotiations in general have been very professional, all of which is basic you would think but in my experience with other estate agents falls really short. So far then all good and would definitely recommend its 4 stars now only because early days however if all continues as above I'll be 5 stars on completion
