GoogleI rented a property through Reside for nearly 3 years and they’ve been such a pleasure to deal with throughout - super responsive on email or phone and got things seen to/fixed quickly as well as just being a lovely friendly company to communicate with. I’ve recently ended my tenancy to relocate back to London and realised my dog’s tracker was missing from his collar - the GPS signal showed it left in the garden at the property and the lovely Ben at Reside offered to go there and find it. They are now posting it back to me! 5 star service all round with Reside, they are a superb managing agency and I’d love to rent through them again if/when I return to the Southwest!

GoogleReside manage the letting of my Bath city flat - completely trouble and worry free. They are a pleasure to work with, find me the perfect tenants and deal with all the admin promptly and efficiently. The icing on the cake is that my tenants are equally happy with Reside, so it's a stress-free experience all round. I highly recommend Ben and his team.

GoogleWe have used about three letting Agents over the last 40 or so years. Usually they were mediocre to poor. Then we were recommended to try Reside. We honestly have never looked back since. We are getting on a bit and the worry was awful. Now we almost forget we have the property because any problems that occur, which of course happens fairly regularly, they just get on with it. We feel we are in very safe hands and we honestly cannot praise them enough.

GoogleIf you want a lettings agent to handle your rental property in Bath then look no further than Reside. From my first interaction with MD Ben Bower, I was confident we would be in good hands. With his excellent team, they quickly secured us tenants and took care of the property management with ease - a bonus for us as we were living abroad. In addition, at the end of the tenancy we had decided to sell up and the Reside team worked with the selling agent to facilitate viewings and access. We wouldn’t have had such a smooth sale process without them.
