YellShocking Service
Be aware of these "estate agents". Make you pay upfront fee's, no other estate agents do this, despite what WHB they say. Told me the ECB certificate was part of the upfront cost, only to demand further payment once contract cancelled. I am one of many who have switched to local estates.

son placed higher bid for a property and it was sold at a lower price, if i was the seller i would not be happy. no chain involved first time buyer. having read previous reviews it looks like this sort of thing as happened before

Bidding on a house and was pushed for more and more money. Caught the estate agent out in a lie and just had a bad feeling so decided to walk away from the house due to their handling of the house sale.

Have tried to view a house for sale which they are handling. No call backs, no viewings, whole thing now sounds very suspicious and my guess is that they have a "favoured" buyer, i wonder why. . . We've given up trying to view the property.

Several emails sent to view a property and not one reply. As a cash buyer you would think they would reply instantly but 5 days and nothing. I certainly will not be listing my house with them if they are ignoring serious buyers.
