Just out to rinse you for every penny you have. Don’t ever use these cowboys They refused to do repairs meaning we had to do them in a rented house they’d asked us to leave because it’s for sale!

Appalling level of customer service. Staff are unclear on basic Data Protection and GDPR. Unhelpful response when a complaint was raised with management. A catalogue of errors. I wouldn't waste my time with this estate agent.

Reeds Rains tenancy agreement forced the Electricity sign-over to Spark Energy Ltd. a well known scam company. Be aware of this clause in your contract before you sign and fight it hard.
