We have just sold our house with Manning Stainton and it has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff are really helpful and offer regular updates on the progress of the sale with a call at least once a week from Laura or Emma. Highly recommended.

Me and my husband have had a fantastic experience with manning, Jodie was very friendly and honest with us, I’m very thankful for how proactive she has been throughout if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be in the process of getting the house we fell in love with. I would always use manning now because of the fantastic costumer service.

Having not sold/bought a house for 20 years I wasn't sure what to expect, however Leah made the whole process so easy. She kept us updated regularly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A big thank you Leah, from Chris & Helen.

We've used Manning Stainton to sell a property twice in the last few years and can recommend. We've dealt with Jess, Georgie and Millie and all 3 have been very friendly, cheerful and efficient. If we sell in future, we'd definitely use them again.

We’ve had a very positive experience with this estate agency. The whole process leading up to a sale has been smooth and well managed, and we’d especially like to mention Georgie. She has been friendly, well organised, and always willing to share her expert advice. Her support made a real difference, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team.
