GoogleWe sold our home in Crigglestone with Manning Stainton, 15th May 2025, they were so helpful keeping us up to date, there were a few delays, which were out if our control but they were good at keeping in touch. GoogleWe sold our house with Manning Stainton. The valuation was what we expected and the photos taken were excellent. Our move manager Ann was fantastic. She kept in contact with us and the relevant parts of the chain to keep things moving even when it all seemed to be standing still. Thank you very much for making a stressful time more tolerable!

GoogleWe're in the process of selling our house with Manning Stainton and we're so happy that we've chosen them as our estate agents! Right from our initial valuation with Lee, it was clear exactly why Manning Stainton are so well thought of, and this has continued with Ellie who has been an absolute delight to deal with, handling everything with professionalism and most importantly kindness throughout. We've now accepted an offer on our property (after two weeks!) and look forward to working with Manning Stainton over the coming weeks/months until our sale is complete. GoogleWe were looking to buy our first house, which with having no previous knowledge of what to do was stressful. Laura at manning staiton was amazing at helping us understand the process and was amazing at keeping us updated on the house we were trying to buy. Laura genuinely kept in loop with what was going and I don’t think we would have made it to the other side without her help. If attempting to sell or buy a house through Manning Stainton, I would highly suggest you ask for Laura, deserve more credit than she gets and I could see this sale process collapsing without her help.

GoogleI cannot begin to thank all the staff at the Wakefield branch of Manning Stainton for their professionalism and friendliness throughout the process of buying my new home. They have put me at ease the entire way through and have been on hand with quick responses whenever I have emailed or messaged regarding things which I didn’t understand. They have taken all of the hard work out of the process for me. I am so glad that I chose Manning Stainton to guide me through everything. I will be recommending the Wakefield branch to other people who are considering stepping on to the property ladder.

From arranging our first viewing, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and have helped guide us through the process. Their recommended solicitors and mortgage advisors have been an invaluable aspect of the process and having credible recommendations from the outset has helped speed things up and give peace of mind. Laura in particular has been a real help and has proactively helped us find the right house and vendors. She has been both friendly and professional and left us feeling confident in the process and decision-making so far. GoogleGreat service and house sale agreed with 2 weeks. Our personal sales rep Zarah Mahmood could not have been more helpful and proactive in dealing with interested parties. My wife commented "she's been brilliant" after so many calls and updates. No wonder Manning Stainton get such high recommendations which was why we went with them and we echo those recommendations.
