GoogleI found Amanda and Joanne to be very helpful and very knowledgeable with every aspect throughout the sale process. Weekly updates were a great help. My sale took a while to complete but we got there in the end. I would recommend Richard Kendal estate agents and would not hesitate to uses them again in the future

GoogleVery poor service , my train was delayed with half a hour and they did not wanted to reschedule the viewing for 30 minute later ...I guess now days there is no more Humans among them.

GoogleStaff doesn't communicate with each other, they might be for landlords but definitely aren't good for tenants...

GoogleThey only sell houses to live in. I was looking to purchase an impenetrable bunker for the impending apocalypse. Some of the properties had potential with some extensive renovation but I'd like more purpose built nuclear fallout shelters with modern amenities.

GoogleOver price your house, then tell you it's not their fault when it doesn't sell, we put it on with another agent and it sold in 4 days, £10.000 cheaper but kendals way over priced it anyway

GoogleVery unhelpful staff. I rang made an appointment to view a property got email confirmation only to 3 days later told they don't do viewings at that time on that day. Rearranged only for that to be cancelled aswell. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE.
