Staff were always kind and polite and chased for updates regularly. The only thing is we generally already knew what was going on before we received the update & not much was done to move things along, but not their fault as the issues were at the bottom of the chain.

The 'service' provided consisted of updates on the sale process days and, in one or two cases, weeks after we had already received the relevant information direct from our solicitors who informed us of progress as it occurred. In all the 'service' amounted to no more than an unnecessary addition to our solicitor's workload.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
