Upon putting an offer in on the house we wanted to purchase we were quite quickly sent account set up details for the Complete ASAP system. I found this was such a helpful visual way to see the progression made relevant to our purchase which meant we better understood the key milestones. What's more Amanda Cropper who was the sales progressor assigned to the purchase kept us updated regularly with messages, phone calls or updates on the app which was so helpful. I appreciate not all agents do opt in to a service like this, however she ensured all parties were regularly updated and really helped push the case along and provided excellent support.

ASAP removes the tasks of chasing solicitors for updates and they also coordinate with both buyers and sellers legal firms. This created a stress free journey for myself whilst selling my property. I would highly recommend using this intermediary service for all selling/buying requirements.
