We were moved into a house that was saturated with human waste. The carpets had to be removed, this only occurred because I demanded that this needed to be done. The property stank of marijuana. The walls and woodwork were smoke-stained. We were unable to move into the property for the first two weeks of our tenancy due to it being unfit for habitation. We have never received or been offered a refund for this lost time. We have never received a formal oppology. The only positive is that our deposit has been placed into the correct deposit scheme. A truly unique property management.

They did flag up a number of details that I wouldn't have known about and did steer me through a complex process. I think they could have pushed back against the utility more vigorously, who reneged on a number of agreements, but overall, were very helpful.
