Lambert & Foster were excellent in the sale of our house. They - principally Zoe - were friendly, helpful, polite, very prompt at responding, fully aware of the situation, proactive, and, perhaps most importantly, seemed to genuinely put our interests first. There was never any attempts to encourage us to move before we were ready, or to break the chain to finalise the sale. Zoe went above and beyond in terms of corralling a relatively long chain to ensure that we could move in good time. Zoe (and Max in her absence) provided, by a very considerable margin, the best service of any estate agent we have dealt with, either as clients or buyers. We would recommend them unreservedly.

Paddock Wood, what a team!

9 months ago we saw the house of our dreams and immediately told Lambert & Foster this was what we've been waiting for and ever since then they have gone above and beyond to make it happen. Rushed us in for a viewing, rushed to get our house on the market and with Sally's lovely nature and ability to really get to know her clients and their property we found ourselves full steam ahead. Although the process took a lot longer than we thought it would, not once did Michelle and Zoe let us down with communication and reassurance, making us feel they were rooting for us all along. So lets hope the house of our dreams is what we hope it is and although we hopefully won't need to move again, finally an estate agent we can't moan about!
