GoogleDaren and Debbie have been absolutely fantastic and I can’t be more grateful. I rang on a Wednesday to find a property in a tight spot, saw one the next day and was moved in a week later. I could not be happier with the whole team and would recommend anyone looking to rent a property to use Ashton Burkinshaw. Thank you all so much, we are eternally grateful for all of your hard work in helping us find our dream home, especially under such difficult times constraints.

GoogleOur first experience with this company was as tenants 17 years ago and the service was awful. We swore never to use them for anything again. 17 years on we thought maybe things might have changed and we took Ashton Burkinshaw on to find us tenants for a rental property. They found us tenants, not too hard when you advertise on Rightmove, but when it came to providing an efficient service nothing had changed. Both my tenants and I had to chase them over everything and they made mistakes....never again!

GoogleThe service was outstanding even during the most stressful moments they were outstanding, We were guided and advised through the entire process by Wendy Clemens and her office team (Deb and Lauren) were wonderful, I would say that they were brilliant even when during the process there were moments where things needed to be done, they were done and on the day of the move, we were taken care of with sensitivity and professionalism. Also they are a great laugh too, a very friendly approach to what can be a long process. We give them a thumbs up and a well deserved five stars. Thanks guys!
