We let our property to the first person to view. My Place in Cornwall communicated with us right through the process & handled all our queries quickly. Far from the cheapest letting agent in town, but check out what you get - not the usual 3 or 4 page standard agreement, but a proper contract created to your own specific requirements - thorough, complete & watertight - landlords don't just need to start a tenancy but think ahead to the end of it as well. Our thanks to Lisa, Jenna & everyone else who helped us including the great check-in service provided in association with Tickbox Inventories. We would recommend your services to any serious landlords, nothing was missed to make sure we complied with the latest laws & regulations.
