Fantastic agent, highly recommended

We bought a property through My Place In Cornwall and although it was a long protracted sale our Agent Jenna Spencer is excellent, she informed us every step of the way and went above and beyond our expectations in regards to speaking to the solicitors and owner and finding out what was happening. Jenna is very professional and unflappable, although there were several fraught phone calls in the lead up to the sale she is very level headed and always returns calls when she said she would and kept us up to date throughout the process. I was also very impressed with our experience of dealing with other members of staff, always accommodating and passed on messages each and every time, I would highly recommend My Place In Cornwall to anyone looking for that extra special Agent.

A friendly, efficient and trustworthy agency who made the experience of buying effortless.

Right from the start Place in Cornwall were extremely helpful in finding us a second home property that suited all our needs. In fact, the property we ended up buying was a spot-on suggestion made by the agent (Jenna Spencer) which I hadn't seen online and had only just come on the market. The process of putting in an offer/negotiating was very open and fairly dealt with,. We came to a mutual agreement that suited us all and the process of conveyancing ran very smoothly. Jenna was always happy to make a few calls, liaising between vendor and buyer to sort out any enquiries and generally made the process a very easy and pleasant experience. Thank you! We have completed today on a new venture for us - a home with holiday lets. My Place in Cornwall and particularly Candice have been really efficient and friendly all the way through the process. Always happy to be there to let us view at our convenience and allowed plenty of time for viewings, measuring up etc. very quick to respond to queries and to contact. vendors for additional information or actions. They could however have more thoroughly clarified the status of the property regarding multiple occupancy as this proved to be a huge delaying issue with mortgage lenders and was easily sorted once actually investigated.
