GoogleClare Wright at Irving & Sons has been fantastic during our property search in Verwood and our eventual purchase. She is very knowledgeable about the housing scene in Verwood and steered us clear of some properties that would not have suited us. GoogleClare at Irving and Sons has been fantastic through the whole process of purchasing our house and sorting the chain out. It wasn’t easy at times but she made a huge difference and worked so hard on it. I don’t plan on ever moving again but if I did I would only want to sell my property with her due to the experience we have had. Thanks to everyone there for the support.

GoogleWe have been so impressed with the whole team at Irving and sons, very professional, but with warmth, patience, humour, and such understanding of our difficult situation and treating us with such kindness and sensitivity. When I rang feeling rather stressed I was greeted with "what can we do to help" by Sarah, just what I needed to hear. As for Claire Wright, what a super lady who has always gone the extra mile for us, as I'm sure she does for everyone, her ability to get things done, nothing is too much trouble and her sense of humour and friendliness has made our move a fairly stress free and relatively pleasant one. You all deserve more than 5 stars thank you all.

GoogleHonestly, I am so glad the sellers chose Irving & Sons as their estate agents. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have been able to buy our dream home. This was a challenging move for us all due to the poor communication at the bottom of the chain. However, together we kept everything calm and Clare did work really hard to keep everyone informed and up-to-date with the latest info to ensure that it was all worthwhile.

GoogleWe just sold a property in Verwood with Irving & Sons. It was a difficult and drawn out process due to various buyers pulling out, but Irving’s were fantastic throughout, reassuring and professional, just what you need during what can be a stressful experience. They provided great practical advice and went way beyond what we expected in ensuring that exchange/completion was eventually received. This was by far the best estate agent experience we have received, can’t recommend and thank them enough.

GoogleWe bought our house in Verwood recently through I&S. Coming from London we especially valued the continuity of contact provided by C one of the sales team. The two elements which stand out in our minds are these: Firstly C quickly understood our particular circumstances and therefore our requirements of a property, thereby facilitating a fairly quick purchase when a suitable property came on the market. The second aspect is that I&S were always ahead of the curve, which meant no chasing. This contrasted markedly with our experience at the London end. So thanks all round and well done I&S for keeping the stress levels low.

Facebookcontacted irvings in regards to property that was posted for rent, the day after I received an email saying that someone would be in touch but heard nothing. the very next day the property was updated to let agreed. would have been nice to have at least some contact as I also would have gave the deposit there and then. as usuall not what you know know but who you know. second bad experience now, I would have thought that a company with such a high rating and awards for excellence would be more professional.

FacebookA massive thank you to the whole to team for making the buying and selling process as painless as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, they were always there for advise and more than happy to sort out any problems that occurred. Moving is always a very stressful time but if your looking for an agent that really cares you cant go far wrong with Irving and Sons, would recommend them to anyone.
