I would have given a negative star if I could .This agency is just there to make money off tenants.When issues are brought to them they refer you to their contractors who are some big shot money making cheats who charge you an arm and leg for doing small jobs.Worst agency ever.I have the worst experience with them

GoogleThe purchase of my new house was dragging on and on. In desperation I phoned Stewart Simpson of Davis Tate in Abingdon, and asked for his advice. He quickly arranged a discussion together and spent quite some time offering professional and helpful advice. He offered to sort out some of the problems, which took a great weight off my mind! And hey presto! Stewart succeeded in moving things along - and, guess what? I exchanged not long afterwards and completed shortly after that! Stewart and Davis Tate are a great team, and I'm really grateful for their expertise and guidance.

Their friendly and 'no pressure' approach at the valuation stage set them apart from other estate agents. Phil guided us calmly through the whole process, and always had time for our questions. Our house was sold within a week, with viewings and appointments arranged to suit our work and family commitments. This ensured that we secured the house we wanted. Thank you again!

GoogleWe sold our house twice with Davis Tate, and would strongly recommend them. Following a poor experience with another local agent, we were really pleased with the communication, openness and responsiveness that Davis Tate provided. Not only did Stewart have buyers lined up to view our house, he was available 24/7, returning calls and texts at times to suit us (mostly evenings!). In addition he helped with our hunt to find a home, leaflet dropping on our behalf, and giving us up to date information on what was coming to market. We believe we would have struggled to get this same level of service anywhere else.

GoogleWe sold our property using Davis Tate. We had several local agents to value our house but we found Stewart to be professional and had confidence that they would provide a good service. We were kept up to date and well informed throughout the process and given feedback on all our viewings. Once our sale was progressing Davis Tate kept us informed but how the sale was progressing. I cant recommend Davis Tate highly enough and I recommend them to any of my friends who are thinking of buying or selling.

GoogleI would strongly recommend this estate agency if you are considering buying or selling or some other property business in the Abingdon area. They have sold a house for me, helped me find a mortgage and currently manage a rental property on my behalf. They are efficient, have excellent local knowledge and have access to a full range of specialist expertise. Their staff appear to be committed and effective - and, most importantly, are a pleasure to deal with.

Together they gave a professional, positive and realistic assessment that led us to decide for Davis Tate to market our family home. They have always been very professional and you hear horror stories about estate agents taken renters for everything the have upon check out but I was pleased to see they were completely reasonable and honest. I let my flat via this company. The service was poor before COVID but became terrible after - they made many mistakes (one of which cost me a lot of money) and gave me lots of excuses and downright wrong information. My impression was that they didn't know what they were doing and hoped I wouldn't notice.
