She was readily available to answer our questions and kept us updated throughout the process. We walked into the office a couple weeks ago wanting to enquire about the flat and she was able to take us for a viewing just an hour later. We would highly recommend working with her!

GoogleI have had great customer service with Coopers. I have been mainly dealing with Lily Kavanagh who has been very helpful in renting me a property as my existing property got sold. She has been in contact regularly and assured me that I will get a new property on time and gets things done quickly when asked. Overall a great experience and will be using them in the future.

GoogleI am extremely satisfied with the service and the information provided to me from the time I contacted Coopers in May 2021 about the property I purchased through them. Every time I wanted to return to the property to check something, Coopers were always forthcoming. My dealings were mainly with Ryan Fox and Greg Mealing. Both of them were very professional in their conduct and were promt in responding to my emails. Despite of the sale/purchase was complicated by the solicitors and the Management Company, Coopers tried their best to support the seller and buyer (myself) and got it over the finish line. 10 out 10 from me!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI contacted Coopers when I was house hunting and had a very positive experience. Mr Ryan Fox, who accompanied me on two viewings, was very professional, supportive, and understanding of the struggles and challenges that a home buyer faces, and he was always helpful and courteous. I felt I was being heard and my needs and wants in terms of what I was looking for were actively taken into account so much so that all recommendations of properties to view were very much tailored to my needs so I didn't waste any time on properties that don't work for me and my search was more efficient. I am very happy with my experience and will contact Coopers again in the future. Thank you.
