GoogleFor your sanity, go with other letting agent in Uxbridge. They are the worst. No system in place for anything. Will be a nightmare when you are take property from them

I would like to point out that you sent me an email while I was on annual leave and you would have received an out of office reply stating when I would return to the office and I have explained the delay in getting back to you. It’s unfortunate that you have decided to post multiple inaccurate and negative reviews of myself and our business. I also have email proof of you saying that you have 50-60 email addresses and you will post from each one a negative review if you do not get what you want. In my opinion this is defamation and malicious falsehood. I have been responding to you throughout the day regarding the return of your deposit through email and through phone calls. What you are saying is simply not true. Please give me a call on 01895 813446 to discuss further.

The service has been outstanding and I have been extremely impressed with their willingness to accommodate my last minute viewing requests. Whenever we requested more information, it arrived promptly and Billie Norris (the Agent) has been extremely helpful in supporting my search. Billie accompanied me to two viewings and we were extremely impressed with her professional and friendly manner. She was always up to date with our requirements and nothing was too much trouble.
