GoogleHands down the greatest. I needed a place URGENTLY and relayed this to my agent Gubs. Within 2/3 days I had viewing, made and offer and secured a place all thanks to him. He was so hands on with my case and I am so appreciative of him really making an effort for me. I am not settled in my place and it is all thanks to him & those at Christopher Nevill. I was given a lovely welcome pack when picking up my keys and they are always on hand for any help Ive needed.

GoogleThey gave me keys of property without cleaning anything. During 2 years, no help in repairs. Damping and moulding in property. Now after leaving, they are not telling me when will I get my deposit back. They are worst people to deal with.

GoogleResponsive throughout the house buying process; flexibile in arranging viewings for us. In the final stages, senior team members kept up communication to ensure both sides were progressing appropriately. Overall, we found the team seemingly prefer telephone to email communication, which is not our preferred mode due to difficulty answering calls when at work, but no major issues on the whole.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleGreat service provided by Chirstopher Nevill team, Elmer in particular has been really helpfull. He was really patient and assisted in getting all the information through rightaway. He guided me through the whole process. At a point it seemed like things were not going to go ahead but Elmer resolved most of the issues and quickly got the negotiations conculed. Cant recommend them enough.
