Worst Agency I had to work! They don't give you deposit back..because they use old pictures to find a reason ,don't pay deposit! My check out ,when I moved out was done without my presence! Don't go with this agency....I had no water for months...no heating proper...gave me dirty and unfinished flat...I had to do all work....all my complaints I ve done it,they made me waiting months...no good services! They ve been inspection many time..and I had mould on my walls...I told them...nobody did nothing! So many problems...just don't rent with them ! Have a good day !

As a living abroad landlord I’ve tried the find the most reliable and professional agency that I could possibly find with reasonable rates and have been very lucky to find all of that in the Christopher Nevill team, I’m totally convinced that they care about their work and get it all right. About more than a year ago I’ve bought my property through them with a smooth process. After living there for a while I’ve put it out on the rental market, they’ve truly worked hard and overachieved in every aspect. They ve even provided help in getting the flat ready and looking perfect for the tenant. I can’t go without mentioning that they’ve also got a very well organized and informative landlord portal, duly updated at every step. David, Courtny and Gubs have been amazing to work with. I’m looking forward to continue working with them.

I was renting an apartment in Uxbridge, the owner of the apartment wanted to sell his apartment, and I knew that I should look for another apartment, so I went to Christopher Nevill to search for an apartment I saw at rightmove. I saw the apartment and liked me and we started the procedures. I paid the holding deposit and all the information about my guest and my income, etc. It went well. She asked me to pay 5 week deposit and 1month rent, I paid and set the date for receiving the apartment 24 October I informed the owner of the apartment of my departure date and booked a van to take my belongings to my new apartment and collected all my belongings and take days off from my work. Everything is ready to go to the new house, but I was surprised a day before my departure. I know that the house is not ready for housing and it is possible to solve The problem was, in a few days, I arrived, I moved my items to the new house, and I went to a hotel, but I was surprised that they were neglected and no one cared about them and he told me that the apartment needs many weeks to repair. They left me in the hotel to pay his expenses out of my pocket knowing that they are the reason behind my condition. I lost my meeting with Christopher Nevill. I had to take My things went to self storage, and when I asked them to help me with the expenses they caused, they refused to help me. They are the worst people I have seen in my life. I will go to the English judiciary. They are chasing them and I ask anyone to deal with this gang with a severe ban. They are the most dangerous people on the Uxbridge community
