Hello from the Uxbridge branch team. We are extremely proud of our well-recognised office in the centre of town, close to the Underground station. We have been part of the community since 2007 and have helped thousands of people move to and within the neighbourhood, trading up as they outgrow their old home or downsizing as their children fly the nest. In some cases we have helped many generations of the same family move and much of our business remains word-of-mouth, such is our reputation in Uxbridge. Having a physical branch is an important part of being an Uxbridge estate agent, as it provides buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants a place to seek advice and reassurance. It also means we have our eyes open and ears to the ground where it matters most. My girlfriend and I are relocating from Canada and were quite stressed with an international move and all that we had read online about the challenges of finding a rental from abroad. We connected with Scott Sharples via a rightmove posting and the rest was taken care of for us. Scott was very patient and took the time to walk us through each stage of the letting process and ensure that we were progressing through all of the letting requirements appropriately. The process is very different in the UK compared to Canada, and this guidance and support was very greatly apreciated. I recommend Scott and the Cameron Uxbridge team to any perspective renters or landlord. Their expertise and guidance provided significant and incredible value to the process and I will be contacting their team in the future should I have any local rental or property needs. GoogleWe found our stunning apartment in Iver through Cameron Estate Agents, and we are delighted. My first contact was with Scott at the Uxbridge branch, who was helpful to arrange viewings and all the paperwork related to the rental. He was professional and communicative throughout the whole process - it was easily the best estate agent experience we’ve had over the past 8 years. There was only one issue with our move (we did not receive a full set of keys on our move in day) - the delay was not the fault of the estate agent but did cause some tension and frayed tempers (which I’m sad about). However, I have to say even with my stress and frustration about the delay, Scott and his colleague Ketan remained calm and understanding. I appreciate that so much. We would be happy to recommend Cameron Estate Agents to anyone considering a rental move.
