TrustpilotPretty good
An annoying feature of the buying process was the computer in the marketing suite kept on dropping out of wifi. This led to a frustrating 2 hours instead of 45 mins.

Promised a woodland and protection of environment when we moved into the house, 1 year down the line they are applying for planning to tear down our woodland and build more houses on it! Disgusting scam artists!

If you want to buy a house from a company that falsely markets biodiversity and natural woodland but then submits plans to demolish this in favour of more houses then this is the company for you

TrustpilotThe worst customer service.
4 years after buying a St Modwens home and there are still issues outstanding (they still haven’t finished landscaping!!). As far as customer service goes, it is by far the worst company I have dealt with.

TrustpilotDishonest developer
Sold a property with a well established woodland on the doorstep as a main selling point. Now they plan to tear the woodlands down to build on! Pure greed and would never recommend this developer!!

GoogleMakes me laugh how they describe this as in Bramshall. It's not. It's in Uttoxeter. Desperate attempt to bump the value up.

TrustpilotUntrustworthy and Greedy
Sell homes using a woodland walk as bait, to threaten to build on that woodland a few years later. Can not be trusted.
