FacebookI honestly can't thank and recommend Ray and Pestell enough. Through a tough year with with 2 pull outs Ray kept 100% focused and got us sold and all the way to Exchange was over helpful and always there to advise.

GoogleKatherine is a diamond. Showed me 3 properties this morning and I couldn’t have had a more pleasant time. Worked around me for viewings, communicated all the way through and asked any questions I might have had. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is actually interested in what you want and actually communicates then I can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleEstate agents don’t always get a good reputation however this is absolutely not the case with Ray and Pestell & Co team. We found them completely trustworthy, un-pushy, understanding, accommodating and friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. I only wish all estate agents were like Ray and the team!

GoogleWe were the purchasers in our involvement with Pestells. Ray was our agent. We had quite a lot of issues with land borders with separate titles, which was not made clear on the particulars of sale. Rather the land was shown as one piece on the particulars. There were also other issues, the mention of a secondary electric gate to the property however the ‘gate’ has not got planning. Nor was any mention made of the neighbours right of way to have their oil tank filled. I felt like we were not being given full and frank disclosure about these and other issues that occurred. House buying is a complicated and expensive process, so clarity is paramount at the start of the process to ensure you enter into it fully informed. Ray is not contactable by mobile. You have to contact the office by landline or email. I don't know any business like this now that does not have their staff contactable by mobile phone.

GoogleRay has been wonderful throughout the whole buying process. I am a first-time buyer, with a busy job and moving from another area, so the experience could have been daunting. However, he made the whole process smooth, with his friendly and extremely pleasant, helpful manner. He remained patient and was flexible; always getting back to me quickly and explaining things clearly, as well as liaising with Solicitors etc to sort out any issues.
