I've had some difficult tenants over the last 12 months. During that time Hannah has always gone above and beyond to try and resolve the issue. Hannah really cares about what she does and is always the first person I think of going to when I have a problem. Amazing Service.

In order to let a property, went with Beresfords on a fully managed basis. All staff very helpful, several are Landlords themselves - so have the experience required. Service seems 100% so far, very impressed. Initially tried another well known high street agent who just didn't cut it on the service side. The staff seemed rather young and somewhat inexperienced, yet Beresfords the polar opposite from this!

I had a very awkward tenant who wanted to vacate at short notice without payment - Karen EW was very knowledgeable and ensured that the matter was resolved without having to litigate. Furthermore she went to extraordinary lengths to help me secure a new tenant.Beresfords have acted for me for over ten years and I cant see why i would consider any other agent.
