FacebookAfter we had one purchase fall through, Lydia was able to find us a new property as soon as it hit the market which ticked all our boxes. It has been a very long time process, but Joe and Lydia have been very helpful and kept us up to date along the way.

GoogleFrom calling Greys to going through the whole process of selling my house, it was extremely easy. I got 3 valuations and Greys came out top. They handled everything for me and my house sold quickly. Communication was great and they kept me informed of everything that was happening. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and supportive. I would highly recommend anyone selling or even buying to go through Greys.

We have always felt like they actually care about us and getting the process through as straightforward as possible. We have used them twice and we really feel we couldn't use anyone else for future. GoogleMost professional, very helpful and patient guys working in Greys Estate Agents. I bought recently house and had a few issues, so the purchase took much longer , then we all were expecting. Assistant manager Joe helped me through all the difficulties while we were waiting for the final decision, kept me up to date and even helped to buy some furniture from the house owners. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleThank goodness for Greys!! From the first phone call to moving in, I cannot express my thanks to Greys enough! We moved back to the area during the craziness of 2021 with properties flying off the shelf before we could get down here to view them. I viewed the house we are currently in and managed to secure it, then, we had all sorts of hold ups with conveyancers and the agents we sold through advising 'it was out of their hands', I was despairing!! Lydia from Greys was a steadying force through the process and without her determination, I know we would have lost this house, now our home. GoogleFrom start to finish Joe and his colleagues have been really great. We were selling my dad's mobile home after his death and so things were quite raw for us as a family but Joe showed professionalism at all times. I would definitely recommend Greys Estate agents to family and friends.

GoogleJoe and his colleagues were patient and quick to answer any queries I had when buying my flat. I was living 3 hours away by train and working but they managed to keep me informed every step of the way. They also found solutions to some of the difficulties I had which were not directly connected to the sale. Highly recommended.

YellBrilliant experience with Greys
I have just moved house and used the services of Greys in Upton.. Russell, Alan and Lydia were fantastic from start to finish! I put my house on the market on a Saturday and by Tuesday, it was SOLD. Two months later, My family and I are now settling in our new home and could not be happier.
