We had fantastic service from Joe (Till) in the Upton branch recently. We had to sell our mothers house, mostly at a distance due to covid restrictions. Joe was very supportive, always available and kept us up to date throughout thr whole process. First experience with Greys and quite honestly should we decide to sell or buy again we will certainly not use another agent! Having previously rented through numerous estate agents across Bournemouth and had some of the worst experiences we thought the service we were receiving from Grey’s was too good to be true however it’s been amazing start to finish and we can not fault in any way at all. Russell especially has been professional throughout the process and has been on hand every time we have needed him, he has gone above and beyond, we couldn’t thank him enough. Any time of the working day Russell always made time for us, and responded to any queries promptly. We had a very tight deadline but Russell did everything he could do to ensure we moved the date we wished, with hurdles thrown at him he still managed to get us in. Even though Russell was our main point of contact Alan and Lydia were more than helpful in his absence and looked after us very well too, nothing was ever an issue and they all made us feel valued (definitely a close working team). We will with out a doubt recommend Greys to anyone.

Always punctual, very reliable and excellent communicators. It goes without saying that during this particular purchase, although not our agent directly, you provided us all with a platform to engage and move things along. The clients you were representing were in very good hands and it made my partner and I rest easy knowing everything was under control. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Russell and the team and they always greeted my solicitors, other ‘chinks in the chain’ and myself in a very professional manner. Made an enquiry through Rightmove... nobody followed up with me.... called them after two days and gave my details again.... only to be rushed "will pass the details to the landlord and get back to you"... you guessed. a week later and nobody bothered to give me a call or email... We cannot praise Joe and all of the staff at Greys in Upton enough for the selling of our house so quickly last year. Not only did we have an offer within 2 days of the house going live, but it was also way above the initial asking price, which was wonderful! They kept us updated throughout the whole selling process and were always on hand if any questions needed to be answered. Their prices were also very reasonable and competitive. Don't be put off by them not being stuck in the centre of town on a high street either. If anything, it makes them better at doing what they do. I cannot praise them enough, and thank you again! I sold and purchased through Greys. It was a very complex chain with all the usual pitfalls. They did everything required to hold it in place and both my sale and purchase went through as planned. They were always available and happy to help. I found the Upton team professional throughout the process. I often dropped into the Upton office and always felt welcome and confident they had everything sorted. Not having moved for a long time they pointed me to a great solicitors as well. I would use them again and recommend them. They really know the market and have a drive I didn’t see with other agents when viewing properties. They did a great job.

Ross & Joe are legends. They've were very supportive, helpful and listened. Honestly we had difficult "Must haves" and they (in a time of a chaotic market) were actually the only estate agents to actively seek potential houses (and phone back!). We had a lot of sellers pulling out on deals, but they were able to help us find frankly our dream home that we didn't think we would get the opportunity on. Plus we even got muffins when we completed ;). They're honest and don't waste your time. We are honestly so grateful for the team at Greys Upton.
