GoogleI’m sure anyone looking for a house to rent has probably experienced headache with agents that are moving too slow, are not available for questions nor have a clue about how best to match a property with a tenant.
Well, I am the lucky one to have discovered by chance these Estate Agents that I am recommending with my full heart.
George Ioannou has not only been helpful and knowledgeable from beginning to end, but has gone above and beyond to help us find a house, meet the landlord, being efficient with the process and finding solutions when we thought we were stuck. To make it even more complicated, we had some time pressure as well and he delivered on that too.
Having someone who understands your needs is such an important aspect in this very exhausting process, and therefore I want to publicly thank you, George, for your intuition, time, advice, support, empathy and efficiency in this not straightforward case.
