I cannot recommend Lee Kennedy highly enough. Finding tenants for our rental property was particularly important as it's next door to my own home so our new tenants would also be our new neighbours! Add to that the rural location (which is wonderful if you appreciate the countryside but does require having a car), so there was quite a bit to consider. Lee handled everything with such professionalism and care. He went through all the applications with me, carefully matching potential tenants' needs and expectations with what the property offered. After plenty of viewings with other agents for flats that did not meet the bill, George proactively reached out and suggested a flat which met our needs better than anything we had seen. George is easily contactable, has helped with all of our questions and is so approachable.
