After waiting since first of August to buy new home on apart exchange basis radio silence ensued until mid October finally contacted to say plot now available on Friday and it was on first refusal had a call Monday to say it had been sold to some one else.This is a company that does not understand customer communication and ethical dealings with people.I would advise any one doing business to be wary as they may be disappointed with the dealings of this organisation and glad that we had a lucky escape

Sorry it’s taken so long, We had a brilliant and very professional experience on the many occasions we looked around the houses at the willows, Kineton and assisting us in making the final decision on the lovely house we now live in. Geeta our sales advisor was brilliant, so helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision on buying the house as well as the options on the internal finishes. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their next home at the Willows. We would also like to mention Keith and Phil the site managers who were extremely helpful from the day we moved in giving all the help we needed on how the house worked and there professionalism in dealing with the Minimal snags picked up. The true meaning of above and beyond.

I have lived in my Morris Homes house for coming up 6 years and have had numerous issues including some very serious electrical issues which they took no responsibility for regardless of the fact it was down to poor workmanship in the first place. Also, the main road in the estate is yet to be finished, pot holes everywhere, raised ironworks, looks dreadful! The builders left years ago now and we’re still being fobbed off by Morris homes as to why they haven’t stuck to their promises of finishing the road.

We visited prince’s meadows kirkham on Thursday last week to discuss what properties were available for a wheel chair.We spoke to a lovely lady called Hannah prendagastWho was really nice and was so knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help usShe was very interested in helping us with measurements of space in the show houses as I explained we are having a big problem with most houses being smallWe asked to see a house on your other sight which she very quickly arranged for Monday 2nd October She is the best sales assistant we’ve dealt with sine starting our house search

Very impressed when I walked into my home, quality fittings, beautifully finished and great attention to detail. Customer support was excellent thanks to Liam and Angela. Yes, there is snagging but it is never an issue to rectify. Definitely would buy again from Morris Homes.

We purchased our first house nearly 2 years ago from Morris Homes in Northampton and it was a delightful experience taking in account how stressful a purchase like this can be. We are satisfied with the quality of our new home, the professionalism that Morris homes in partnership with Shelbourne Estates provided all along the process and even after the purchase was completed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

Morris Homes refusing to sign and pay for adoption of roads on all Lancashire sites preventing residents from having utility upkeep and safety to their streets. Our county councillors are regularly trying to chase but this has been ongoing for over a year. Please do the right thing Morris homes starting with the site off moss lane, whittle le woods, Chorley rather than taking money off people and devolving all responsibility.

The estate is a disgrace. The roads are full of potholes and in general the estate looks tired and dirty. The green areas aren't well maintained. Our garden is disgusting. There are all sorts of building materials that have been dumped underneath which is going to costs us thousands to put right. Wouldn't recommend Morris at all. So many issues. Buy at your own risk!!!!!

Very unethical builderPoor customer serviceMy car got irreparable damage from one of their piling vehicles when my car was parked on Beebys Way Hampton Peterborough - the whole side of my car's roof was scraped and dented- disappointingly Morris homes refused to take any responsibility - as the car was 2009 I was not asking for a lot to compensate - only £500 but got fobbed off and pushed from Morris to MV Kelly then back again without still any resolution

I would highly recommend morris homes, i bought at Upholland gardens in Wigan and everyone has been extremely helpful, especially Pam & Anthony the site manager, Pam the sales advisor was always there to answer any questions i had and always kept in touch.

After a visit to the Hunsbury Grange development I thought I would take this chance to say what amazing service I got from Jess. Having never looked at a "New" home before Jess explained the in's and out's and all the benefits of buying brand new. I am now currently deciding when I will be back in contact with Jess to proceed further once some more plots are released!
