Calum and the team are amazing estate agents. What is usually a very stressful time was made completely stress free by their professionalism. Calum’s passion and knowledge is unrivalled and his enthusiasm and care shines through in buckets. Put simply, he just got the sale executed quickly and painlessly. Sharon is amazing at keeping everyone informed of progress and handles all the moving parts calmly and with ease. I can’t praise the team highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had a really positive experience as buyers with The Maison Mason. Calum encouraged us to view the house although we were initially reluctant...and we ended up buying the house! We dealt with Sharon Sandy throughout the purchase who was a real pleasure to deal with. Previous experiences with estate agents had never been positive but The Maison Mason was a completely different experience. I bought a lovely, fairly priced garden flat through the Maison Mason and have to say it was unlike any estate agent experience I've ever had. From the first time Calum showed me round, he and the team were open, transparent and above all proactive. Sharon who handled the transaction was always at least one step ahead and saw me through some really tricky legal and financial issues with charm, good humour and an unbending will to get the job done. And Calum was always on hand if I had specific questions about the property, which is one he knows well. I really think the deal may not have gone through with another agent so am eternally grateful to the team for making it happen. I hope to never have to sell but if I do, I'll definitely chose the Maison Mason!

Calum Mason (Director) was thorough in explaining the selling process, what to expect ananswering my questions. Calum shared some very good tips on presentation that I had overlooked and was very respectful of my property with viewings. Viewings were planned well and managed by Calum in person. The Maison Mason found buyers as soon as marketed and house sold in a couple days. Sharon Sandy Branch Manager was diligent in managing the process and proactive in following up with parties as needed. The whole team was very approachable and I felt well informed at all stages. A personal touch that was very appreciated. Excellent work.

Calum is not only a lovely person, and great fun to work with, but he has absolute integrity - you can trust every word he says, particularly around valuations, which isn't always the case with people operating in the very competitive and fraught London property market.
