Callum and John have both given consistently excellent service whenever they have visited my mother's apartment. Callum first visited shortly after Mum moved in, addressing a problem with her shower. He identified the cause of the problem, treated it and was very kind and helpful in explaining how to prevent the problem recurring. Recently Callum and John visited to mend a broken balcony roof. They worked conscientiously and efficiently and were extremely helpful. They even noticed that the glass in Mum's balcony had changed position and took the time to correct it. All in all, they could not have been kinder or more professional.

Customer services are horrible. Never call to say the technicians aren't coming. No text, no email nor a call. Useless. Worst ever service as they can't even update their customers. Do not buy from this cowboy building company. Garbage service all around. Actually no service at all just headaches and wasted time. Do not waste your money and go buy from another company. These take your money and laugh in your face. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!! Get better service from an Indian call centre!

Never buy a home from them as they use cowboy builders and customer service is horrific and don't care. Just send you complaint links if you're not happy. Pathetic service. If you're thinking of buying from St Modwen's then you should take all the money for the house and set it on fire. Its more useful to you that way. Great home designs, owned our current home in Cofton Hackett for over 3 years. The major issue though is the corners that are cut and lack of accountability after they take your money. Customer service and them maintaining the estate, any snagging, etc. as they are required to has been utter s***. If you are a new buyer or looking at one of their houses, don’t let yourself get sucked in on the design alone, they will absolutely devalue your house and experience with everything they fail to do at the back end. Utter utter s***.

Matt came out to help fix some sealant surrounding the sink splash back area and also fix an issue with the pipes behind the walls. He was polite, professional, he gave advice on post care of the fixture. He completed the task professionally, the walls looked brand new, the area was neat and tidy after the jib was complete and he even wore protective cover on his shoes so not to dirty my carpet. Wow, from start to finish we’ve had nothing but a great experience buying a St Modwen home. Simon and Toni from sales have been so helpful during the whole moving process. Any questions or queries were answered promptly and openly. I felt they both went above and beyond to get us into our perfect dream home. Since moving in, we’ve had nothing but a great experience. Our home is perfect and completed to such a high standard! We’ve had multiple check in’s from Liam and the rest of the building team and the level of communication is so reassuring. I know if there ever was a problem we wouldn’t be concerned about it not being addressed. 10/10 service and satisfaction. Couldn’t ask for anything more really. I would recommend a St Modwen home to anyone in a heartbeat.

St Modwen homes has been an absolute dream to work with, moving home can be stressful, but the staff we have dealt with have been nothing more than amazing. Paula will literally bend over backwards to make sure that the sale goes through smoothly her efforts really made the process wonderful. Josh with the aftercare has been top notch, checking in with us to make sure everything is perfect and no question is too much hassle for him, friendly and genuinely wants to help to make sure our home is perfect and Callum who helped us some small jobs around the house was fabulous and would recommend him in a heart beat!
