Both Shirley & Andrew gave excellent service as we committed to buy our house from you.We are very satisfied with the quality of construction &we have been very pleased with the follow up since taking possession.We downsized & overall we really like the design, however the main bedroom is too small & we think a hall closet should have been included in the ground floor design. We realize this would necessitate an increase in the overall square footage, but we believe this would result in an even better product.

Great Service and Aftercare

The sales office have provided an amazing and very professional service throughout the whole experience of the purchase. From choosing the kitchen to the carpets. I even met the builders on an initial viewing of my property as well as extensive home demo with the builders before I moved in. Aftercare has been great as there's always been someone on hand when needed.

Customer Services an absolute joke !!!.

Customer Services an absolute joke !!!.Been in my property for two in a half years.If I new then what I know now I wouldn't of purchased a brand new house in Glan Llyn,Newport & won't be purchasing a house from them again.Once the 2 year period has finished & you have issues with your property your thobbed off !!.Three houses that I'm aware of in my Road have had there homes flooded due to the Sprinkler system bursting with NO way to isolate the leak which is gravity fed from a reservoir.The Sprinkler system water pressure is way too high entering the property at 9 Bar pressure when a normal household should be 3 bar.The Sprinkler system itself has been boxed in so access for servicing is impossible !!.I'm writing this review as St.Modwen don't give a shit when your house gets flooded & emergency Services have to be called.Being in the water industry I'm a Pump Engineer by trade I have raised my concerns with St. Modwen regarding the Water pressure being too high entering the property.Unfortunately they dont want to admit there is an issue so I feel many more St Modwen homes which also have the Sprinkler system fed by a pump on site run a significant risk of the same thing happening to them !!.Many of my neighbours are worried & living in fear of either waking up to a burst pipe or coming home to a flooded house !!.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother! Take your money elsewhere. It’s all good until it’s handed over to customer service and then it’s a completely different story. We are nearly a year in and still waiting for repairs to be completed. Windows are scratched clearly by someone using a blade to take of the protective film. They have started a repair and now refusing to finish it. They don’t call you back when they say they will- communication is non existent! The house is lovely although the finish isn’t the best and the customer service lets it down we are now filing a complaint with the new home ombudsman. We will never buy from them again nor will we recommend them to anyone.

4 months living at Heathy Wood

We've been in our new home for 4 months and as with any new build we've had a few snags. Richie and Mihail - The dream team! They've both done a few snags at the home and each time they come they're polite, cheery and extremely helpful. The layout of the patio in the garden is not good, a few patches of grass that just made no sense to keep - going to be spending some extra money on making it more user friendly by adding more patio. And the drainage of the grass isn't good, but I hear it's better than others... But the size of the space is great. On the whole our home is great and we're happy here.

Excellent customer service at Meon Vale

Since we moved in at Meon Vale, we’ve had excellent customer service throughout sales, site and latterly customer care. Every single issue has been dealt with promptly and efficiently with great flexibility around my partner and I working. Most recently, Dan who is the Customer Care Manager at Meon Vale kindly visited us in person for a courtesy visit (he does these regularly). Our property has been fantastic since we moved in, however there was a small issue with an integrated appliance. Whilst he was here, Dan very kindly helped me pull the appliance out from the kitchen and very swiftly fixed the problem which was massively appreciated. Dan has always gone above and beyond for any issues raised, no matter how small and it’s been welcoming and refreshing to have someone so approachable at all times. What a great credit to the company!!

Callum and John have both given consistently excellent service whenever they have visited my mother's apartment. Callum first visited shortly after Mum moved in, addressing a problem with her shower. He identified the cause of the problem, treated it and was very kind and helpful in explaining how to prevent the problem recurring. Recently Callum and John visited to mend a broken balcony roof. They worked conscientiously and efficiently and were extremely helpful. They even noticed that the glass in Mum's balcony had changed position and took the time to correct it. All in all, they could not have been kinder or more professional.
