Connor was brilliant throughout the purchase. He was very intuitive and aware of our needs and did everything he could to help us meet our deadline, including arranging extra viewings and pulling late shifts to accommodate us. The aftercare exceeded expectations, as he helped reunite the vendor with left items/post and continued to act as a point of contact after the transaction was complete. He was always super friendly and professional and always met us with a big smile when we stopped by the branch. Comms were speedy on email or phone. From the first point of contact and throughout the sale process I received an excellent service from John Furber and his colleague Connor Jenkins, together with Jo Bartholemew. The communication was good, I received regular updates regarding progress of the sale, and when I did have any queries myself they were very quick to respond. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch and it's staff, they made what could have been a stressful process a smooth and satisfactory one.
