Peter Oliver Homes Uckfield reviews

I can't thank the staff at the Uckfield branch enough for their support through this process of selling and buying.. I mainly dealt with Ben and Barbara who are both very professional and supportive, even when things got too much, but in fairness everyone within the branch has supported me in different ways. Minor teething issue at first but it was sorted very quickly... I can't thank them enough for the support, chats and laughter throughout my journey of selling and buying... I will use them again...

I’m currently in the process of selling my house with Peter Oliver and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve worked with Leon throughout the whole process and he’s been brilliant. From valuing the property to securing a great offer within just a couple of weeks, everything has been handled smoothly and professionally. I expected the process to be long and stressful, but it’s actually been very straightforward. Both my wife and I have been kept fully informed at every stage, which has made the whole experience much easier. Excellent service all round.

I cannot speak any more highly of the service I received from the team at Peter Oliver Homes, with a special shoutout to Natasha for making the sale of my later fathers house extremely stress free. As someone who has been living between Uckfield and Leeds, I always felt that everything was in control, even though I was a good 200 miles away. Communication was excellent, and I never felt like I had a question unanswered. The team were extremely efficient, with pictures taken and the house on the market within a week. Everyone in the office were more than happy to help, and just good, nice people. If you are looking to buy a sell a property in Uckfield and the surrounding area, Peter Oliver is definitely the way to go.

From start to finish the entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great communication throughout. A special mention goes to Sharon, who was particularly supportive and attentive. I worked with Peter Oliver Homes on a recent sale! I was dealing with Barbara Cotton and she was outstanding as well as her team. Barbara and her team went above and beyond to get a complex sale over the line! Everyone was updated and Barbara really did all she could to get the sale completed as soon as possible. I cannot thank Barbara or her team enough for all the help they provided! I would absolutely recommend Barbara and Peter Oliver Homes to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you

Owen at Peter Oliver contacted me as my house had been on the market with another local agent, but had not sold. He came round and told me, very confidently, that he could sell my house. He did. He created a lot more interest in it and after a little while it sold. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Peter Oliver Homes while searching for and purchasing my new home. Every member of the team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, always handling my numerous calls, visits, and viewings with patience and professionalism. A special mention goes to Natasha, who identified a property coming to the market that matched my requirements perfectly. She personally arranged a viewing, guided me through the process with exceptional professionalism and efficiency, and was incredibly supportive right up to handing me the keys. I'm truly grateful to Peter Oliver Homes and Natasha for making the experience as smooth and positive as possible, short of physically helping me move, they couldn’t have done more! I highly recommend their services.

We bought a place through Peter Oliver which completed Friday 7th June, Jo was a fantastic viewing agent, her enthusiasm really helped us towards purchasing the property. Everyone we spoke to in the office was lovely and friendly and Barbara the sales progressor really fought our corner at the final stage to push an exchange date. I would definitely use peter oliver if we were to ever sell/purchase again. Thank you once again Peter Oliver and the team for helping us find our dream home!!

Confidence and Trust is essential in an estate agent, sadly with the competitive nature of the housing market some local agents have forgotten basic values, Integrity and Honesty. I think Nicks ratings speak for themselves. If you about to start out on your journey of selling or buying you need look no further, i would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Oliver , from myself they would get 6 stars.
