GoogleMy sister in law recently rented a property with her 2 year old son. She moved all of her belongings to the property, when she returned the next day to unpack her items and move in to her dismay she found the property had a major water leak, the ceiling had caved in (thankfully they didn’t stay in the property that night) and all of the belongings have been ruined. The estate agents have dealt with this with no empathy at all, all they have tried to do is protect there client (who is a doctor with multiple properties). A single mum with a 2 year old has been left homeless a month before Christmas in the middle of a pandemic. I am disgusted that after after the year we have been through and that we have all tried to look after each other this is how humans have acted. Just a typical estate agent desperate for a fee and a money hungry landlord not wanting to take responsibility. Do not trust this agent.

GoogleHaving read such positive reviews about Martin and Co my daughter called in to see if they could help her to look for a suitable property to rent in Heathfield area having been registered with all agents in Heathfield for 2 months and not had any contact from any of them. She received a very warm welcome from the team and they were extremely positive with her and for the first time in two months she feels confident that they will be pro-active on her behalf. Well done Martin & co you certainly have the 'human' touch which appears to be somewhat lacking in this period of high demand for rental properties.

Googleterrible service took £395 no refund kept saying they couldn't get hold of our accountant and lied to us for 3 weeks when the accountant had given them everything and then they re posted the property SCAMMING ROBBING B****** p.s we have now found a property with another company and all went through within a week
