GoogleAbsolutely brilliant! Richard confirmed the value of a commercial property I no longer needed in the middle of High Hurstwood. Richard enquired as to whether I was interested in selling as he had lots of clients waiting, which he did, it sold straight away, before the details and photos were taken! I now trade and live in Wales, so Cubitt and West had to do everything, there was absolutely no stress or hassle for me, Gary progressed the sale quickly, and dealt with the solicitors. They are professional, attentive to detail, and not pushy, excellent all round. I would thoroughly recommend this company as they have superb staff. I merely agreed the valuation and to sell, posted the keys, appointed a solicitor, filled in a form, and got the money.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe were very impressed with Richard, Charlotte, and the rest of the team. After deciding to put our house on the market they hit the phones and found us a buyer within days. We had quite a straight forward sale (and purchase) with them after that. They were always friendly, helpful, and prompt in all our dealings. Highly recommended!

GoogleI visited Cubitt and West today and found all the staff there were so helpful as well as knowledgeable on the areas that I needed help on. The sales manager Richard Sweet-Escott has an amazing memory and easily recalled our house purchase from 10 years ago. I came away feeling reassured. Will happily recommend their services. Great team.

GoogleWe have just completed on a house purchase using Cubitt and West in Uckfield and have had an excellent experience. The entire team were friendly, welcoming and patient with our frequent questions and requests to view the house. Their in-house sales progressor, Garry, kept in contact regularly and was excellent at chasing and liaising when things went a little quiet or stalled. I would definitely buy a house through Cubitt and West again and would not hesitate to recommend!

GoogleSent an inquiry through Rightmove to view a property with cubbit & west Uckfield. Within 10mins I had received a call from Fred. Very understanding and accommodating of my situation and although the property I was keen to view was no longer available, he quickly arranged similar properties to view in that area. So far Fred and his teams service has been great and I’m looking forward to my viewings. Cheers Fred!

GoogleThe most arrogant agency I've never came across. Look down on people and think I couldn't afford what I would like to view. Well, they didn't even make the viewing appointment as they thought I couldn't afford it....but big mistake of them! I bought a bigger house from another agency and they are so much more helpful and nice. I hope this review will help some people with choosing their agency in Uckfield of selling and buying.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, we are very sorry to learn of the way you felt. Our staff are committed to introducing properties to the widest range of matched buyers as possible to increase the likelihood of achieving the best possible price for our sellers. Consequently, an asking price slightly above the maximum stated by any applicant would not normally deter us from arranging a viewing, particularly as buyers will often stretch their preferred price for the right property. Our Client Liaison department would welcome the opportunity to find out more about your concerns and can be contacted on 01702 540802.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with Sayde Chowdhury at the Uckfield branch and we cannot speak more highly of him. Our move is a relocation after 25 years in London and Sayde's own experiences of making this move himself a few years prior was invaluable. He was wonderful at handling our offer and subsequent acceptance. Fingers crossed the rest of sale runs as smoothly.
