GoogleWe had a leaflet through the door to get a valuation so I booked an appointment, I then had another phone call as they could not read the written address ? , on the booked day I had a phone call to say the agent was ill and nobody free ? , i asked to re-book for a weekend but told fully booked, lady did not seem interested at all, i have taken a day off work to sort out different things and do not appreciate being let down. Why do a leaflet drop if you cannot cover the work ? The only positive review on here is by a Gemma Forster who actually works for the company ?

The service they give is not up to the price they charge. 1.5% and any extras they can talk you into.Communication via email was patchy and did nothing to advance the sale.Avoid.
