Buying and selling.

Overall, considering the time of our move, which included both sale & purchase, Cubitt & West managed to coordinate things rather well. Initially, communication was a bit "hit & miss" but, once we got to the conveyancing stage it was much improved.

Great communication. Team advised me on how to manage the sell in order to get the right buyer for the quick sale I needed so as not to lose the property I wanted.

Nothing was too much trouble when I put my house up for rent. Robin, who lead the process, really does know his market very very well. Robin arranged multiple issues arising and got me a underway as a newbie.

Kurwahn Coote - Excellent Service

This is to appreciate the great efforts put in by Kurwahn Coote in arranging the tenants. All through the services have been excellent and Kurwahn's approach was immensely professional with a personal touch. His efforts in securing tenancy during lock down are commendable.

Good experience to view house with a experienced agent

A person’s attitude to his job is conscientious as he is patient to explain all the questions the visitor is not aware. It is James Anson who was willing to help the viewer understand the house’s condition with tremendous patience.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT

I had been house searching for months and quite frankly, no other agency was as professional and organised as Cubitt and West. One of their team, Jenny, who handled my case was rather impressive: patient, quick to respond and warm while being professional all the while. I got a nice 'welcome to your new home' pack on my move-in date with some really useful items in there too.

This is a review on Marcus Darrow.

This is a review on Marcus Darrow. We feel Marcus has gone above and beyond what anyone could expect; we rented a property right as the pandemic lockdown started and he did everything possible to make our move as stress free as possible. Our tenancy has come to an end and, once again, Marcus has stepped up to the plate. We can't say enough good about this man.
