Unlike some of the disinterested and disengaged estate agents in the area, Maddison was confident and enthusiastic about taking on our property. She was professional and very easy to deal with, as were her colleagues managing the viewings. The video and photos were excellent and the property was sold at asking price.

I had 4 different buyers for mums bunglow through waterloovile office.3 buyers pulling out for different silly reasons but each time the property was resold straight away. All the office were helpful and friendly. Julie kept me up to date with happenings and she always got back to me with answers if they were not readily to hand.

Although Cubitt and West are slightly more expensive than other estate agents, they were worth it - you get what you pay for!! From start to finish, they were very professional. Our buyer’s solicitors were slow (and frustrating) but thanks to Caitlin Rosser pushing things along for us, we made the deadline we had hoped for. Thank you Caitlin!

So as first time buyer everything was new to me, the whole process. Shout out to Michael Sinnott whos service was amazing and he was just soo friendly and polite. I told him I decided to not buy anymore because of the high interest rates and for a couple of weeks we did stop looking. But Michael emailed me because he thought he found the perfect house for me and he was right. We saw the house and fell in love with it, so thank you to him because it would not have been possible without him. Next person to praise is Julie Bramble, she helped and advised me every step of the way and she was very quick in responding to me and helping me as much as she could (even though I asked soo many questions), she was always happy to help. Her service was amazing! I only gave 4*s because my interaction with the branch Manager wasnt as positive, I wasnt soo satisfied with his communication skills to me as a first time buyer. Overall I am very happy and thank you to the team and all the best. Thahrima
