We were due to have a second viewing on a house after getting some advice from the agent on a suitable builder to help fix up the property. In the meantime the house was sold without any indication of bids or opportunity to bid ourselves! The house is now back on the market after being renovated with Trading places which screams an inside job, please beware of the agent, very untrustworthy and dishonest!
