We had a great experience with Highams Estate Agents! Chelsea was super helpful and always on hand whenever we needed anything. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and as stress-free as possible. One sour note is that we moved in to the house 6 weeks ago and they still haven't moved the 'For sale' sign - Chelsea has just stopped responding to me now which is a little disappointing.

I have sold 3 properties in the past 4 years with varying local Estae Agents and haven't particularly been happy with any of them for one thing or another. I decided to use Highams due to the reviews on line and after speaking to the staff. Higham Estate Agents have been great all the way through the process of selling this property. They secured a sale quickly, kept me updated with every step of the process and followed things up promptly. They returned all my calls prompty and nothing was to much trouble for them. I had a very frustrating experience trying to buy an apartment at M29 7TA Thorncroft Avenue, Tyldesley, Manchester, through Higham Estate Agents. Initially, they gave off a professional vibe and reassured me that they were experts in selling properties. However, that turned out to be far from the truth. They convinced me to go with their recommended solicitor, KJD LAW, promising that the process would take about 8 weeks. I ended up waiting a staggering 9 months! To make matters worse, they never disclosed that the apartment was shared ownership with Wigan Council. As a first-time buyer, I felt completely misled and overwhelmed by the entire process. I paid £350 to KJD LAW for their searches, and when I finally decided to back out due to the significant delays, I was shocked to learn that I would have to pay another £350 for a new property. This felt like a scam, especially since they had already mishandled my situation. I reached out to Higham Estate Agents for assistance, and Dean assured me he would speak to KJD LAW, but no one followed up. They continued to give me vague responses and excuses, wasting my time and leaving me feeling frustrated. In short, I strongly advise against using Higham Estate Agents and KJD LAW. They appear to prioritize their interests over those of their clients, and their high ratings seem suspiciously inflated. My experience was far from what I expected, and I hope others can learn from my unfortunate situation.

Absolutely amazing service.. I was with a terrible estate agents who wouldn't do any work on the house from living in there putting the blame on the landlord .. they gave the property up leaving me with work to be done no electric and 3 children. I went to highams for advice and my landlord rang and I passed them over to him where he happily agreed to let highams take over the property.. ever since all my work has nearly been completed and the service is outstanding.. highly recommend. Staff are so friendly all the contractors are lovely and keep you posted on work being carried out not been let down once .. thank you to you all

I can’t rate Higham Estate Agents highly enough! From the start when Dean came round to view our property, to organising the viewings, and then dealing with the process throughout. I hardly did a thing and just left it to Dean, Chelsea and Ashleigh who were helpful and informative throughout. Whenever I called them, they were professional yet friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I cannot recommend this Estate Agents and its team highly enough. I work in conveyancing and deal with a lot of Estate Agents but have never come across a more dedicated group of people for whom nothing has been too much trouble. Ashley rushed out to read the meter for me on the completion day. Chelsea Director of the firm pulled in my Mums wheelie bin, when none of her neighbours would. It was a difficult sale as people made offers and then pulled out, but Dean and the whole team, never lost heart on this, and were continually taking people for viewings and chasing for feedback. I was kept advised of all comments from viewings which was extremely helpful.

*****Excellent service, Extremely helpful and always onside to tackle your issues or questions. ***** I have been fortunate enough to buy a property recently through Higham Estate agents in Atherton and would like to sing their praises! When buying my property I ran into multiple problems and dramas. Highams were always there to assist me with my queries and provide me immediate assistance and reassurance. I had extreme difficulty with the solicitors that I had chosen however when I felt I wasn't getting anywhere Higham's popped up and resolved it straight away. They updated me on a regular basis and kept in touch even when there was no update to give. This offered me reassurance that they were keeping an eye on my purchase and that they were there should I wish to ask about the next steps or stages. You dont buy a house without having any bumps along the way, I have to admit, Highams were able to iron out difficulties with ease! Credit where its due, they are a fantastic team who offer excellent, professional and efficient service. Highly recommended! Personal thank you for the hard work and amazing service you guys offer!
