Can't say enough about Dean and the team at Higham's. We have been in our new house just over two weeks now after a long and volatile chain. After listing a selling our house in about 4 days, Dean went above and beyond time and time again to ensure everything stayed on track, basically managing the complete chain. Well, what can I say?! Amazing service! Local business - professional, approachable and great communication throughout. We could not have asked for anything more. Higham estates sold our property and were also the estate agents that our sellers sold with too which was great. Let’s just say they made everything run A LOT smoother. We were in a chain and everything was going fine until we came across a number of issues with our buyers solicitor. Highams maintained communication with both solicitors throughout and kept us updated at all times. We dealt with everyone at Highams. Dean, Chelsea, Ashley and Clare and they were all fantastic although Clare was the one who saw us through to completion. What a diamond! She can have a laugh but is also always so professional and obviously knows her stuff. You can tell she has lots of knowledge and experience and knows the area really well! She went above and beyond making phone calls in her own time even when she’d left the office and had finished for the day to make sure we completed when we did. Can’t thank you enough Clare. If you’re looking for a local, friendly estate agents then Highams are the one for you! Thanks again x
