They rented us a flat they did not tell us there was mould now there is mould growing in the bedroom window witch we air out daily even through winter its allways damp in the window they knew about this as I have contacted the council numerous of times also we had neighbours banging on our door being rude to us as we are commen apparently! Have reported damp numerous of times to Randall's they ignore our phone calls we moved in they stated we didn't need to get a fridge as one was provide this fridge did not work and all our food went off the oven and hobs did not work for months Untill they finally sorted it out after harassing them as we couldn't afford a new oven I would not recommend Randall's as they do not care about there tenant's they don't phone you back in emergencys they just want you to sign and forget about you and take your money once a month Randall's does NOT even deserve one star

By far the most professional estate agency we have encountered in the area - manager paid special attention to our search and made sure we had a very personal experience. No unnecessary spam nor were we made to feel like another number in a crowd. Twiz was amazing in arranging our new home and made sure we were happy to the very last detail. Absolutely recommend!

Would not recommend this letting agent!! We tried to view this property but they said they wouldn't let us as they thought we did not earn enough. Turned out they had miss-heard the information. We finally viewed the property which was perfect for us, we straight away said that we would take the property. The agents then kicked there heels as though they didn't want us in there . They promised they would get back to us. A week later after not hearing much we called them to ask what was going on to which the response was 'Oh the landlord has decided to go with another applicant'. Funnily enough we were told that the other people that were viewing this property had pulled out which only left us. If they are like this trying to view a property I would hate to see what they were like managing the property.

From start to finish, Randalls Property Agents were excellent. Katie and Twiz really helped me see the potential in my new flat, being a fairly small space, and on my second viewing they helped my mum and I to measure the whole property without a second thought. They were also efficient with email communications and answered all my niggling questions, and on moving in they didn't hesitate to recommend places to buy furniture etcetera in the area. This being my first time renting my own flat, I couldn't have chosen a better property agent.

when we were looking for somewhere to live we contacted randalls, we went to see one flat we knew that was no good to us,but on the same day holly got us in to see another flat same day which we knew was right for us. straight away randalls got on the case to get all references and paperwork done so we could more asap. they were really fast and prompt in getting everything done and kept in touch with us all the way through. the staff are really friendly and helpful and are always there for any teething problems we had. we strongly recommend the estate agents.
