GoogleDarren kept us up to date and the transition went very smoothly when our landlady decided to change management of the property that we are renting to Randall and Valentine. All subsequent communications and requests have been dealt with professionally, courteously and efficiently. From a tenant's point of view, I highly recommend Randall and Valentine.

GoogleI changed to Randall and Valentine because the letting agents who I had been with for many years had become part of a nationwide group. It became very difficult to speak to anyone local and who knew my 3 properties personally. Randall and Valentine have turned out to be a first class choice: they are local, know my properties well and are easy to contact. In addition, their service (payments; repairs; etc.) is prompt and efficient. Their rates are very reasonable. I would thoroughly recommend them.
