It was good to meet you also Clare. I think the meeting was informative and we were glad we came.
Although it’s still early days yet as we have only been with presence as our property management company for a year. I can honestly say it’s like a breath of fresh air compared to our previous management company.
Great communication and swift replies to all my emails. We had come concerns over trees near our property and this was dealt with and I was kept in the loop the whole time.
Had another issue with the gutters and that too is in the process of being dealt with.
If this level of service continues it will be a great move for the residents. It makes me feel the confidence I should have felt long ago.
