TrustpilotSale Of Property
I was very pleased with the full suite of services offered by Sherry Fitzgerald. Everything was very professional and to a very high standard. The valuation I received was realistic. I was kept informed through the showings and the sale process and given regular feedback by my agent. I would highly recommend them as a real estate agent.

TrustpilotDISGRACEFUL SHERRY FITZHaving purchased a property from…
Having purchased a property from sherryfitzgearld ,Renovated it and then went back to the office to whom I purchased from, and asked would they be interested in marketing our property, only to be messed around by the principle of sherry fitgearld, traveling a hr to leave a key available ,this was 3 weeks ago march 2023 ,only to find no one arrived to even look at the property for pictures , measurements etc ,This is no way to treat customers ,we wouldn't treat our clients in such a fashion nor do we expect to be treated in such a hap hazzard manner .Imagine turning down a new build 3 bed house ,A rated ,and not have the courtesy to ring and say look sorry we won't be marketing your property ,even when it was this branch in cork we purchased from .☎️A SIMPLE PHONCALL OR EMAIL WOULDNT GO AMISS

TrustpilotAmazing support and a pleasure to deal with
Roseanne helped us with the purchase of our country home and couldn't have been more helpful and supportive throughout the process. She was constantly on hand and incredibly responsive. She worked with us and supported both us and the sellers throughout the process. She facilitated a successful transaction on very agreeable terms between both parties. I couldn't recommend her and the team at Sherry Fitzgerald enough.

GoogleI went to the office after seeing the advertisement of the house for rent on the internet. I filled the necessary form for the house and they said they can show me the house tomorrow. When I called their office again the next day, they told me that they could rent the house to me and that I should wait for them to call. and when I called they said they rented the house to someone else. They made me wait in vain for 3 days. they are never professional! and they never do their job properly. I would like to suggest that people waiting for news from here should never waste their time here. THIS IS A HUGE REGRET

GoogleAlthough we regret that we did not achieve a successful cooperation, the kindness and efficiency of the two ladies at the front desk are admirable. They are excellent and trustworthy real estate companies. We look forward to the opportunity to cooperate again and express our sincere thanks again!

TrustpilotSherry Fitzgerald as Mortgage Brokers
My review actually relates to Sherry Fitzgerald's mortgage broker service.I was disappointed with the service but my situation was complicated by the fact that I was remortgaging and staff shortages in PTSB and in fairness to Sherry Fitzgerald when I complained they eventually dealt with it to my satisfaction. So I would simply say to potential customers that you keep a very close eye on the process as the banks are short staffed and the brokers can lose focus when it's such a drawn out process.

TrustpilotAt least lock the house up after viewings!!!
While the staff where very pleasant to deal with in general 2 things really sub standard. The first was that on visiting the house 2 days after they conducted a viewing i went to check the house and found the back door had not been locked and had been swinging open for since the view, surely one lesson of being an estate agent is lock up the house before you leave. in response i got a lame sorry. The second was that before the sale was complete the buyers want access for builders to take measurements, the sherry fitz agent then let them tear wall paper off the wall of one of the bedrooms. I asked for an explanation by phone, email and was studiously ignored.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
